We want everyone having an event to experience the beauty of White Oak Fields, and we may be a good match for you if:

  1. You’re wanting a unique event away from the city that offers a whole lot of charm.

  2. You are wanting or open to our talented vendor suggestions to amplify your event experience.

  3. You’re looking for an outdoor venue with a lot of open space and beautiful views.

  4. You’d like to have a spacious “get ready” house and overnight stay to prepare for your special event and relax when it’s all done.

  5. You desire a distraction-free zone with plenty of flexibility to accommodate an event of any size.

  6. You are ready for an outstanding photo-worthy environment!

We may not be a good fit if:

  1. You want something super close to a major city, attraction, or hotel. However please note, we are just about a 20-minute drive from the Covington and Hammond areas. 

  2. You’re looking for an outdoor barn or your typical building venue with central air conditioning or heating.

  3.  You are wanting to have a full onsite staff to provide all the additional amenities such as catering, planning, linens, etc. However please note, we have connections with talented vendors and are confident you will be nothing but pleased with our vendor relationships.

Why do you not offer additional services such as tables, chairs, etc.?. . .

Our main goal is to make the property as beautiful as possible and we want to give our clients the flexibility to make their own unique choices tailored specifically to their own unique event. Of course, we have trusted and talented vendors that we recommend and know will exceed your expectations.

How many people can you accommodate? . . .

Currently, our maximum capacity is 300 people.

Covey Rise – 7 miles

How many people can the Bridal Cottage accommodate? . . .

Our Bridal Cottage can accommodate your entire bridal party! We have built out the entire back of the house to be a spacious “get ready space” for you and your bridesmaids. The bride has her own master suite and bathroom with her own dressing room for those special photos that are so important to have and look back on.
