White Oak Fields Honey
One of the biggest secrets to the success of our blueberries comes from the farm’s smallest residents on the property – the bees! The bees pollinate our bushes which help increase the overall quality of our crop. The floral, aromatic, unfiltered, raw honey the bees produce is just a secondary benefit that we are able to enjoy on a daily basis.
We partnered with a local apiarist to harvest the honey during the year to be able to share it with you! Our family and friends share with us often all of the different ways they use it – for delicious culinary concoctions, as a sugar substitute in coffee and tea, or simply taking spoonfuls at a time to relieve seasonal allergies. Our raw, unfiltered honey is truly one of the most super of super foods which ties in perfectly to our blueberries.
